The Office of the Inquisition was a jury of catholic priests who presided at court hearings so to give judgment on the morals of the persecuted. All recidivists (habitual offenders), sluts, prostitutes, satanists, witches, and anyone with hereditary genetic deformations were executed, the same as done to Jews, Islamists, protestants, and other heathens. The Grand Inquisitor was second only to the Pope. For 400 Years from the time of the crusades to the protestant persecution, the French Order of Franciscan friars led the Inquisition by the theology of Santo Domingo de Guzman and made executions such as for the Order of the Templar Knights. For 300 years, then after the Spanish Order of the Dominican friars led the Inquisitions and made over 300 million executions, five million of whom were liberal women. It was the Bourbon Kings and Lafayette, who shut down the Inquisition during the Revolution when they raided the Papacy.
